 Ticket Info
  • All tickets are print at home and must be scanned at venue for entry
  • Wristbands will be issued to VIP ticket holders upon entry. After you get through security and get your ticket scanned, you will be asked to present the ticket again to pick up your VIP wristband. Look for the VIP WRISTBAND PICKUP tent right inside main entrance between Gates F & G.
  • VIP wristbands must be worn, but are NOT valid for entry into event without a ticket
  • Wristbands are void when removed
  • GA tickets won’t be issued a wristband
  • One free child admission with each purchased ticket. Children must be 10 or under and will receive the same level of credential as the adult purchaser

  • Note for print at home Tickets: The original purchaser's name is shown on the PDF ticket. Tickets may be used by the ticket holder even when the name on the PDF ticket is not that of the actual ticket holder. The ticket can only be scanned once per day and any duplicated ticket will not be allowed for entry

  • Photo ID, order number and credit card used for purchase are required for will call pickup or troubleshooting by original purchaser
  • All tickets will be emailed approximately two weeks prior to the event
  • If you don’t receive your ticket via email by 8/28/19, please contact Ticketing Purchase Support to inquire
  • Don’t buy tickets from a third party or scalper. 3rd party sales can’t be guaranteed, authenticated or supported
  • Minimum browser requirements required to place an order online. Make sure you have the most updated version

 Payment Plan
  • Break your order in up to 3 equal payments. You must select ‘Payment Plan’ during the checkout process. If you miss this, you will be charged the full amount. There will be no account adjustments.
  • Minimum order total to qualify for a payment plan = $100
  • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the Payment Plan.
  • Last day to still choose payment plan (for 50/50 split) is July 21st
  • First payment is due when placing order. Subsequent payments will be automatically charged using the original form of payment on the same day as the original order date through August 2019. *Payments may take up to 72 hours to process.
  • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay. If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order will be canceled.
  • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
  • Due to rounding, exact payment amounts may vary by up to 2 cents per payment. However, total due will not exceed the order total.
