  • What time does the event start?

    Venue doors open at 1pm on Saturday, August 31st

  • What is the limit of tickets I can purchase?

    Eight (8).

  • Is the event all ages?

    Yes. One free child admission with each purchased ticket. Children must be 10 or under and will receive the same level of credential as the adult purchaser

  • I placed an order, but did not receive my ticket(s).
    E-tickets will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the event date. For any additional questions, please contact Ticketing Support.

  • I placed an order through my Facebook account and I do not have access to that email, what do I do?

  • Can my ticket be scanned from my mobile device?

    The scanners are equipped to scan mobile passes. BUT, we highly recommend that you print them out because cracked, dirty, dim and glared screens can cause a delay in entry.

  • I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?

    Refunds will not be provided for any reason.

  • Where do I park for this event?

    Please refer to the Getting Here page for the most helpful information on how to get to the venue and where to park.

  • Can I bring a camera?

    A phone camera or a small point and shoot without interchangeable lenses is fine to bring in. No video cameras or professional cameras will be allowed into the event. GoPros are fine, but no poles or extenders will be permitted.

  • Is there Public Transportation to the event?

    Please check our Getting Here page for public transportation information.

  • Will you be posting set times in advance?

    Yes. Set times will be posted on the website closer to the event date.

  • Where is the Rideshare drop off/pick up point?

    Please review our Getting Here page.

  • Will there be free water refill stations?

    Yes.

  • Will there be vegetarian and/or vegan food options available at the event?

    Yes.

  • Can I bring a blanket & chair?

    You may bring low back chairs or blankets sized 70"x80" or smaller, in designated areas only, not in front of stages and not in VIP area.

    See Festival Map for areas where blankets and chairs are not allowed. Note that there will be a check-in available to leave blankets & chairs for VIP ticket-holders.

  • If I purchased a VIP ticket, when will I receive my poster?
     If you have purchased a VIP ticket, please note that posters will be shipped to the address used during checkout beginning August 19th. 

    If your shipping address is different than your billing address, please contact Ticket Purchase Support to update your address prior to August 15th.
